St Augustine's
has a wonderful group of about 32+ people in the adult choir.
We vary in age
from 16 to older.
We rehearse on Wednesday evenings in the church
from 7:00 to 8:30 pm, from September to June.
We receive a
schedule in advance to let us know which mass we will be singing at each
week.
We sing, we pray, we love, we have fun, and we
sometimes even cry with each other.
We are a close
family within our parish family, and we would love for you to be a part of
us.
Reading music is NOT a requirement, in fact
half of our choir members do not read music.
We will even
teach you to sing in a second language (Spanish), as we also sing at the
bilingual services.
